By registering and using the Rental Manager website facility (hereinafter referred to as the RENTAL MANAGER) you agree to all the terms of this License. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, and it’s use .

1. All the rights for the use RENTAL MANAGER belong to Goldman Hunter, and they are protected by the copyright laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and by international treaties.

2. RENTAL MANAGER is free subject to the following usage. By accepting this license agreement, you get the unlimited license for use of RENTAL MANAGER.

3. This license agreement, as well as the RENTAL MANAGER use license, gives you non-exclusive right to use the RENTAL MANAGER with the limitations this agreement explicitly provides for.

4. Properties entered must be owned by the Landlord.

5. The landlord agrees not to charge any introduction fees to the tenant

6. Any Registered Letting Agents, Estate Agents or landlord’s agents must call Goldman Hunter for permission for the usage of RENTAL MANAGER

7. Any Registered Letting Agents, Estate Agents or landlord’s agents found adding properties without express written permission from Goldman Hunter Property Management Ltd will be issued with an invoice at £500 + VAT per property, payable within 7 days of the invoice date and any admin charges incurred for collecting such monies.

8. The license for use of the RENTAL MANAGER gives you the non-exclusive right to RENTAL MANAGER and use it on computers which number depends on the license type. If the RENTAL MANAGER is on desktop as a shortcut in a local network for shared usage, the number of computers specified in the license should correspond to the number of the computers the RENTAL MANAGER is launched on. License for use of the RENTAL MANAGER doesn't impose any limitations on duration of the period of use (except for special limited trial use license); the license grants you a right to get updates of the RENTAL MANAGER for free within and your right for technical support of the RENTAL MANAGER within two years. The license for getting the RENTAL MANAGER updates and technical support can be prolonged on advantageous terms.

9. The license for the RENTAL MANAGER cannot be sold or transferred to third parties or leased without written permission of the copyright owner.

10. The license gives you no right to modify, decompile, disassemble, and clone the RENTAL MANAGER, except for the cases where such actions are explicitly permitted by the legislation of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and within the limits stated in such legislation.

11. Goldman Hunter gives no warranty that the RENTAL MANAGER meets your requirements.

12. Goldman Hunter. is not liable for the loss of profit or any other damage occurred due to your use or improper use of the RENTAL MANAGER. You use the RENTAL MANAGER at your own risk.

13. Goldman Hunter reserves all the rights not explicitly stated in the license.

14. Failure to comply with the provisions of this license agreement automatically results in termination of the RENTAL MANAGER license and may result in administrative and/or criminal prosecution.

15. By installing and using the RENTAL MANAGER you accept the terms of the license agreement. If you disagree with any provisions of the license, remove the RENTAL MANAGER links from your desktop in your browser and cease using it.
